What information will I need to get started?

The gift receiver (a.k.a you) is asked to verify the order number (in the enclosed packaging) and delivery address zipcode. You are then presented with a screen where the gifted items are displayed and you’re asked to provide the cause of return. You are then given a voucher with the total eligible repurchase amount and asked to shop for replacement items immediately in your store.

This is a little #awks, but will the gift giver know that it has been exchanged?

Nope. The gift giver does not receive any notifications around this process whatsoever, and will only find out if you tell them yourself. So, basically, it's an awkward-free zone.

What if I decide to spend more than the voucher amount?

You can pay for items exceeding the gift exchange amount using our normal check-out methods.

How will this exchange voucher work?

At the time a shipping label is presented, you are also presented with a unique instant gift exchange voucher code that's easily copied to your clip-board. A link takes you to shop again immediately in the store, where you load up your cart and use the code at checkout as you would any voucher code. Purchases exceeding the gift exchange amount are paid for with the store's normal check-out methods.

How much time do I get to return the items?

It is best if you mail them back as soon as possible, but you have about 10 days to drop those return items in the mail so that they are received in time.
